EC Operations Automation — Shopify × Kintone × Shipping API
A Japan-based EC operator was spending 3–4 hours daily on manual data entry across order, inventory, and shipping systems. AMCOLAB connected all three platforms into a single automated pipeline — orders sync automatically, shipping labels generate on confirmation, and two-layer inventory (logical + physical) updates in real time. Staff shifted from data entry to exception handling.
AI Invoice Processing — Auto-Extract from LINE or Google Drive
Japan-based businesses were spending significant back-office staff time manually keying invoice data — vendor names, dates, amounts — into accounting systems. AMCOLAB built an AI extraction pipeline with two input paths: staff can photograph invoices via a LINE chatbot, or upload files directly to Google Drive. In both cases, Vertex AI OCR identifies and extracts structured data automatically — even from low-resolution scans or black-and-white prints — and saves it to Google Sheets, ready for accounting review without manual data entry.
Real Estate Platform with Short Video and Livestream Open Houses
Property agencies in Japan were spending significant time on 1-on-1 in-person showings for buyers who weren't yet ready to commit. AMCOLAB developed a platform combining short vertical videos (walk-through style property tours) and live-streamed open houses with real-time chat. Buyers can evaluate properties remotely before deciding to visit in person.
